This target can be achieved by two sets of 6-Sigma methods: DMAIC and DMADV. 6-Sigma DMAIC process (D-definition, M-measurement, A-analysis, I-improvement and C-control)

For the development of new product and process, 6-Sigma DMADV process can make the performance of new product and process to 6-Sigma level. The above two processes are implemented by 6-Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt, and monitored by 6-Sigma Black Belt supervisor.
