Sunway production condition monitor system is an automatic system
that implements real-time production condition parameter collection,
managed drawing and self-adjustment of parameters. It can reflect
real-time production condition and self-adjust it. As a result, it
stabilizes the production condition, and meets the technology requirements
as well as reduces the process variance. The system also collects
production equipments’ information and reflects the down-time
of the machine so as to provide scientific basis for process improvement
and management decision.
